Dex Entry (thanks to *OFroakieStarO, ~ShiningGear and ~Steamland): Foxine are cloaked in rubber-like scales that secret a slippery liquid, making its entire body waterproof. When swimming, they can go fast enough to resemble a blue line to the human eye. Their paws are less dense than water, this allows Foxine to walk gracefully on water surface and even stand still on it. They are sometimes called the "wolves of the sea" for their loyalty, keen sense of smell and tracking abilities in water.
