Evolves From: Starmie (When traded while holding a Star Crystal)

Dex Entry (thanks to ~BleachFan2010 and *TheMarshlands ): Staruss is an enigmatic Pokémon that is rarely seen by humans in the wild. It is said that when there are no clouds on a starry night Staruss gaze into the sky and release a white glow from their core that illuminates the night sky. The corals that grow on its golden formation help it regenerate and can help Pokémon that drowned.

Staryu/Starmie are my favorite Pokémon, so i simply had to do an evolution. The gold formation on its front side is turning into corals on its ends. The two legs(?) of the second star are now split into four, so Staruss now has a total of 12 limbs. I'm also aware that i have a Starfish-based fakemon in my region, but frankly i don't care xD
