Dex Entry (thanks to ~Aonon): Though it has no eyes, the antennae on Electrifly's head are so attuned to electricity that it's able to "see" via the natural electric impulses of its surrounding environment. Its tail has grown so large that its legs have become semi-vestigial. Electrifly sometimes uses its large claws to clamp onto its surroundings so it can properly aim the bioelectric blasts produced by the tail barbs.
